Refund Policy

Any refund must be requested within the first 48 hours following your subscription.
1. General Principle
At Iradia, we want every customer to be satisfied with their subscription. If you decide to cancel your subscription within the first 48 hours of subscribing, you can request a pro-rata refund of unused resources.
2. Points
Paid credits
Each plan (Starter, Pro, Business) includes a monthly quota of points for content generation, SEO explorations, and advanced features.
- Pro-rata refund of unused points
- E.g.: 100 points, 30 used = 70% refunded
- Cannot exceed the current month's amount
3. Crystals
Free daily credits
Crystals are free credits allocated daily for basic actions on the platform.
- Excluded from any refund
- Do not carry over day to day
- Non-transferable, non-redeemable
4. Request Deadline
Any refund request must be made within 48 hours of the subscription date. Beyond this deadline, no refund will be granted.
5. Refund Processing
- The refund is processed within 14 business days from the validation of the request.
- The refund is issued to the original payment method (credit card via Stripe).
- A confirmation email is sent once the refund is processed.
6. Exclusions
Refunds do not apply in the following cases:
- Abusive or fraudulent use of the service
- Violation of the Terms of Service
- Request made after the 48-hour deadline
- Crystals (free daily credits)
7. Free Trial
The free trial requires no credit card and incurs no charges. Therefore, no refund applies for the trial period.
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to contact@iradia.cc including:
- Your account email address
- The subscription date
- The reason for your request (optional)
Our team will respond within 48 hours to confirm eligibility and the refund amount.
