1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the SaaS platform Iradia (accessible at iradia.cc), published by Propulse Solutions, a FREEZONE Company registered at SRTI Park, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

Any subscription implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

Iradia is an AI-powered monitoring, SEO analysis, and multi-platform content generation platform. The service is provided as SaaS (Software as a Service) accessible via web browser.

3. Plans and Pricing

Iradia offers three monthly subscription plans:

Prices are shown in euros (EUR), excluding applicable taxes. Propulse Solutions reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Price changes take effect on the next billing cycle following notification to the user.

3.1 Points and Crystals System

Each plan includes a monthly quota of points that can be used for content generation, SEO explorations, and other platform features. Unused points at the end of the month do not carry over to the following month.

Crystals are allocated daily for free and allow basic actions on the platform. Crystals are renewed each day and are neither cumulative, transferable, nor refundable.

4. Free Trial

Iradia offers a free trial with no commitment and no credit card required. The trial provides access to the features of the chosen plan for the duration of the trial. At the end of the trial, the user can subscribe to a paid plan or continue with limited access.

5. Payment

Payment is made monthly by credit card through the secure Stripe platform. The charge is automatically processed on each anniversary date of the subscription.

6. Cancellation

The user can cancel their subscription at any time from their personal dashboard. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The user retains access to their plan until the end of the paid period.

7. Refund Policy

Any refund must be requested within the first 48 hours following the subscription. The refund is calculated pro-rata based on unused points.

  • The refund is calculated based on the ratio of unused points to total points for the current month.
  • Crystals (free daily credits) are excluded from any refund.
  • The refund is processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

8. Service Availability

Propulse Solutions strives to keep the service accessible 24/7. However, access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates, or other technical reasons. Propulse Solutions cannot be held responsible for service interruptions.

9. Intellectual Property

Content generated by the platform is the property of the user. The Iradia platform, its source code, design, and algorithms remain the exclusive property of Propulse Solutions.

10. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

Propulse Solutions cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage, including loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, loss of earnings, or any other financial loss resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts of Sharjah, UAE, shall have sole jurisdiction.
